Richard D. Mutarelli, Jr. was born in Ocala, Fla., in 1987 and graduated from St. John Lutheran High School in 2005. He earned a degree in Business from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2010, graduating with honors. Mr. Mutarelli then studied at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Fla., where he served as a Student Ambassador.
Mr. Mutarelli joined McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli in 2016 as an associate attorney, bringing civil litigation experience to the firm. Since moving back home to Ocala in 2016, Mr. Mutarelli has primarily focused his practice on real estate, handling thousands of transactions and property related lawsuits. Mr. Mutarelli is admitted to practice in Florida and was appointed by Governor DeSantis to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 5th Judicial Circuit.
Before he joined McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli, Mr. Mutarelli represented an array of clients while working as an associate attorney with Jacksonville law firm Sullivan & Company from 2015 to 2016, representing clients in matters ranging from personal injury and products liability to debt collection and salvage.
