Mr. Carioti graduated from Stetson University where he earned a BBA in Business Administration, then graduated from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University where he achieved the “book award” in Federal Administration Law and Bar Essay Writing.
Prior to joining McGraw, Rauba, Mutarelli, Mr. Carioti was an Assistant State Attorney leading the prosecution of numerous criminal jury trials. He then worked as In-House Counsel for one of the largest privately owned title companies in central Florida. Today, Mr. Carioti handles a vast assortment of civil matters including civil litigation, real estate law, real estate closings, and business law matters. Mr. Carioti is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Florida County Court Mediator, and Ordained Minister.
